• Is Feedbake free?

  No, there is no free plan, but you can test each plan for free for the first 7 days.

• What happens when my included Feedbakes in BEGINNER and PRO are used up?

  When you have used up all your included Feedbakes for this month, your public Feedbake page will no longer be visible to visitors. You can still log in to your profile and change your Feedbake page if needed. Subscribe to Feedbake ENTERPRISE to get unlimited Feedbakes.

• Are unused Feedbakes carried over to the following month?

  No, unused Feedbakes are not carried over to the following month.

• Is there a free trial?

  Yes, all plans come with a 7-day free trial period. You can cancel your plan within the trial period, and no charges will be applied. This allows you to try Feedbake for free during the trial period.

• How can I cancel my subscription?

  Access your account settings and click on 'Manage subscription' at the billing section. You will then be redirected to your Stripe dashboard, where you can easily cancel your subscription by clicking on 'cancel subscription'. You can then use your Feedbake subscription for the remaining period.

• What payment methods do you accept?

  We have partnered with Stripe to process transactions and subscriptions. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

• Is it illegal to only redirect satisfied customers?

  At Feedbake, the main objective is to provide customers with the opportunity to leave an internal review. We aim to directly redirect satisfied customers to facilitate the growth of your business and deepen your bond with customers, such as by redirecting them to Instagram. Selective redirection is certainly not illegal by law. Additionally, we offer you the possibility to provide customers who have rated below the threshold with the chance for redirection. Therefore, every company can decide for itself whether to allow redirection for dissatisfied customers or not. This naturally depends on the platform to which the redirection is made. For instance, Instagram does not have restrictions on whom you can redirect to a profile or not. Please note that you are solely responsible for where you redirect your customers. We do not assume any responsibility and/or liability if you violate the policies of other platforms.

• Can I change my username?

  Yes, you can change your username at any time in your account settings. Please note that when you change your username, your link to your page will also be updated to the new username. This means that feedbake.io/old-username will become feedbake.io/new-username.

• I forgot my password, how can I reset it?

  Visit the login page, enter your email address, and click on 'forgot'. Subsequently, you will receive an email containing a link that allows you to easily reset your password.
